Frequently Asked Questions

All dogs must be fully vaccinated and house (potty) trained.  Exceptions can be made for recent rescues or puppies if we have no other visiting dogs during that time.

We work around your schedule and are very flexible. Just let us know what works best for you.

We do not use crates. Dogs are free to roam the house and sleep where they prefer (couch, bed, floor). If you’d prefer your dog in a crate for sleeping, you must provide your own crate.

To ensure your dog receives the best care, we only allow 3 dogs at a time, in addition to our two. On a rare occasion (eg. client emergencies) we may have one additional dog.

You must provide your own food.  The fee includes treats (beef liver), chews (always rawhide free), frozen Kong treats. and  endless love.  If you think your dog would like something of their own, you are free to bring it.

We currently only accept payments by cash.  Payment is due when you drop off your pet.

A 25% fully refundable deposit may be requested for long stays to ensure limited spaces are reserved and not abused. Deposit is refundable within cancelation timelines below.

Plans change! Life happens! Please notify us as soon as possible and we’ll do everything we can to meet your requests.

We have spots in our yard designated as digging spots, we coach dogs to dig there if they want.  Any toys we provide are expected to be chewed, eaten and destroyed.  I mean they are dogs 🤷🏻

It’s a family thing!  We guarantee someone is ALWAYS home with your pet(s). 

We require 48-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48-hours in advance may be subject to a 25% fee.
